CIPS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is subject to supervision, administration and guidance of the People's Bank of China(hereinafter referred to as the "PBC"). In accordance with Business Rules Of the Cross-border Interbank Payment System, Operating Guidelines of Cross-border Interbank Payment System and other relevant rules, the Company is responsible for providing cross- border payment, clearing and settlement services, data processing services, information technology services and other relevant businesses entrusted by investors to financial institutions and other institutions approved by PBC. In addition, the Company offers information, inquiry, consultation and training services related to cross-border payment and settlement, promotes development and expansion of CIPS network, manages “CIPS” brand and related industrial investment. The Company also undertakes IT development tasks for the above-mentioned businesses, and other payment, clearing and settlement business of PBC, provides business support and engages in other business approved by PBC.
