On the morning of May 14, 2026, CIPS Co., Ltd. held the first meeting of its Board Risk Management Committee in 2026. The meeting was chaired by Huang Fu, President of CIPS Co., Ltd. and Chairman of the Committee. Committee members from shareholder entities, CIPS direct participants and academia attended the meeting.

The Committee reviewed and approved the company's 2025 Comprehensive Risk Assessment Report. It also held in-depth discussions on topics including capacity building and the application of artificial intelligence in risk prevention and control, as well as the management of risks faced by financial infrastructures when expanding and managing their participant networks.

Going forward, CIPS Co., Ltd. will continue to uphold the principle of prudent operation, strengthen the overall planning and foundational practices of risk management, and further improve its risk prevention and control framework and long-term risk management mechanisms.
