CIPS User Manual V1.0 (Trail) was released

　　To help participants solve practical problems concerning CIPS during business processing and standardize market practice and discipline, CIPS Operator compiled and released the pilot version of CIPS User Manual V1.0 (hereafter referred to as User Manual, which applies to the direct participants and indirect participants of CIPS). CIPS Operator will update User Manual continuously according to operating circumstances, which will stimulate the development of cross-border business.
