Announcement 12: Expansion of CIPS Indirect Participants

　　According to the Interim Rules for Cross-border RMB Payment System Business (Y.B.F. [2015] No. 210) and the Operating Guide on Cross-border RMB Payment System Business, 20 financial institutions including CHONGQING RURAL COMMERCIAL BANK CO., LTD are admitted as indirect participants of CIPS. Bank code information came into effect on Sep. 19, 2016. Business relationship of indirect and direct participants came into effect on Sep. 20, 2016.
