On August,14th, 2019, CIPS sealed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Bank of Communications（BCM）in Shanghai. Mr.XU Zaiyue, the CEO of CIPS, and Mr.LV Jiajin, the Vice President of BCM, signed the agreement witnessed by Mdm.LI Yue, Chairman of CIPS and Mr.REN Deqi, President of BCM.
