On August,1st, 2019, CIPS sealed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bank of China（BOC）in Shanghai. Mr.LI Aizhong, the Vice President of CIPS, and Mr.SUN Yu, the Vice President of BOC, signed the agreement witnessed by the Chairmen of both institutions, Mdm.LI Yue and Mr.LIU Liange.
